Yesterday for the first time ever Ethan managed to eat a half table soon of baby food! It me half an hour to get it down him but there was none spat out and he only gagged on it once! Lots of singing was the key and distraction! He also seems to prefer savory to sweet at the moment!
He is becoming a pain in the night time. H gets lots of trapped wind, I guess due to his Fundo and makes silly grunting noises when he tries to get it out, or when he loses his dummy. So I spend most of the night sorting him out. Thinking of moving him into his own room (sharing with older son) so he gets out of the habit and I can get some sleep! Older son doesnt wake up easily so will have to trial it and see.
Ethan loves baby TV! Myself I dont like children to be TV addicts but he seems to really love it at the moment! Much rather kids were in to books, which is why the eldest two love books so much! Hopefully Ethan will too!
Ethan sits up better now and even is stronger on his front, His arms are still weaker but he is getting there!
A cross between a walker and a bouncer came yesterday, he seems to like it but slumps forward in it at the moment. Maybe it just takes some getting used to. Didnt let him go in it for too long in case he got too tired.
Waiting for reply for Royal London about what happened November 2010. I fully expect a "we did our best in the best interests, sorry you feel like this" letter rather then, "we were wrong".
In the meantime thinking of my friends grandchild Noah and wishing him a speedy recovery.
